Our Independent Living suites in the Sutherland Residence community of Village at Mill Creek offer a variety of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. These 46 bright, spacious suites range in size to 742 square feet and are spread over three floors. Each suite comes unfurnished, allowing you to bring your own furnishings to make the suite feel just like home. All suites come equipped with a mini-fridge and microwave.
Assisted Living Suites
At the Joseph Benjamin Residence we offer 50 suites of Assisted Living. Thirty-eight of these suites are funded through Interior Health, and 12 are available with optional private pay assisted living services. All 50 suites are spacious one-bedroom suites with walk-in seated showers. The suites are unfurnished, allowing you to bring your own furniture and special touches to make it feel like home. All Assisted Living suites measure 523 square feet and include a mini-fridge and microwave.
Residential Care Suites
The Chandler Residence provides 96 studio suites of Residential Care. These suites are spread throughout six communities of senior care at Village at Mill Creek, each community serving Residents with similar care needs. As a Resident, you’ll have your own private suite, including a washroom with a European style shower. Suites come furnished with a comfortable bed, wardrobe, dresser and nightstand, but we encourage you to bring along your own personal touches to make your suite feel like home. The Residential Care suites are all funded by the Interior Health Authority.
